The Tokyo Aparthotel by Totalstay

Views were great.

I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay at Tokyo Apartment Hotel in Cape Town. The place was extremely busy, with people constantly coming in and out, and it didn’t feel very safe. I even had an uncomfortable interaction with a man near the elevator who would not leave me alone and made me feel very unsafe. The apartment also did not look like the photos at all. The bedding had stains, the couches had stains, and overall the apartment did not feel very clean or well maintained. The only real positive was the rooftop view, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, aside from that, the experience did not meet my expectations at all.

Centrally located with lots of activities to do around. They are quick to respond to requests, staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and there’s daily housekeeping.

Just the shower a bit small

The staff didn't know what to do nor deal with my situation

Very clean, washing machine is a plus. Reception was very helpful.
