The establishment didn't even now that I've booked through Booking.com When we saw the room we went and booked at another establishment ,didn't even sleep there The pillow cases on bed was torn The bed wasn't made up properly and we booked in at 17:00 They only had 1x towel and I've booked for 2x adults The table in room was dirty The swimming pool was green It's was really a disappointment
ZAThe guest house manager/ owner is very rude. He told us to pay double claiming that our booking doesn't appear on the system even after showing him the booking confirmation & proof of payment. He treats his customers like trash.
ZADidn't stay for breakfast, location was fine.
Took 30 minutes to check in and be given a room. Room I paid for was fully booked???????? Given a bigger room, could not open the cold water taps, hot water trickled out until about 1 glass full. No towels available. Moved to another room, still no towels and no toilet paper. Computer system not working, staff had to WhatsApp the owner who was out the country for confirmation of booking even though I presented my online confirmation.

No towels in the room. Had to ask twice. No bath/shower mats. Lights in room did not work. Extremely noisy. No remote for aircon. No towel rail in bathroom. Toilet did not flush properly.

ZAThe property was clean, The room was also fairly clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable andLoved the shower but the light in the bathroom has to have a timer of about 2 minutes.
I did not like the treatment of the stuff. The only person who gave us good service is Nimrod. The ladies were terrible and very unfriendly. I mean we asked for an iron then told someone has it, I asked them to bring it when it’s available, it would have taken them 6 steps to do that but 45 minutes later when I went to ask it was sitting in the storeroom.

1. Access restricted. No gate remotes and we have to ask at the reception everytime we want to cone in or go out. Very inconvenient. 2. Swimming pool was very dirty. 3. Door handles were broken. 4. TV not working and no tv and dstv remotes 5. Shower drain hole blocked and water stagnating inside the shower . 6. Drive through very confined space 7. Staff was not friendly and rude
