I liked the lighting, the location only

The quality of pillow you use, we sprained both our necks, the staff has an attitude no TLC whatsoever as if I was doing myself a favour in terms of supporting your business or booking the venue itself. The showers have no curtains or glass door to prevent water from coming out when one is in the shower, it was all messy and without a mop. You even provide one small towel of which it's very inconvenient for the guests more especially if they're a couple or it's two of them... There was also a yellow stain on the white sheets, we decided to sleep on top of the throw blanket. Your staff couldn't show us around or even treat us well when we wanted to buy water from your fridge by the reception, even to go out.. For her to open the gate for us it was an attitude, rudeness and frowning, as if it's our fault that she doesn't like her job, she better go to school or upgrade in order to enjoy what will be putting food on her table.
