It was nice to be there very clean

I have to argue there was no hot water in the bathroom for an hour arguing for hot water 😒 🙃 😩

The location was close to where i needed to be for the weekend.

The staff ( 2 young men) were not presentable, they wore torn jeans and flip-flops. It seemed as if they were the gardeners. With my experience in hospitality (19yrs), there were a lot of issues that put me off. There was a heavy stench of lavender or potpourri ( which ) was overused it seemed, and a lack of deep cleaning. I couldn't sleep at all and today (the day after the booking) I'm suffering from sinusitis, heavy nasal drip and a headache. The owners of the premises need to either train their staff or get new staff who can clean and look presentable to guests. That place is a no-go for me in future. But I am available for free if they need a few hints for improvement. Otherwise, I wish them the best, hoping they take this feedback to heed.

After booking and paying I advised them that the booking was for someone else. I give them the reference number and guest name and number. I had a confirmed booking. I was then told that they have no availability and they’re going to move me to another place. Not even asking. Then I had to explain 4 times that it’s not for me and the date of the booking and repeated my message over and over for the guest’s details. It’s like the person I dealt with either doesn’t read or comprehend what I was saying. Incredibly frustrating

Nothing. We ended up not staying there. The area is very dodgy The place does not look like advertised
