The location was excellent-within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The place was neat and clean with adequate amenities. We were warmly welcomed by the agent who was very friendly and helpful👍🏼👍🏼

If I have to choose an area of improvement, I would say that the lounge furniture is a bit worn so some refurbishment is needed. Other than that, all was really great.

The view is absolutely amazing and the location is fantastic!!!! It is walking distance from a few beach front restaurants, walking distance to the beach, just across the street.

Unfortunately we were never informed before our arrival that the apartment was fumigated for Cockroaches (if notified, we would have perhaps made other arrangements and avoided much emotional exhaustion to say the least), as we arrived everything looked in order, so we went out for dinner, but when we arrived back at the apartment, there were tiny cockroaches crawling everywhere from the kitchen to the living room and bathrooms, this was 9pm at night and were told at first that we were expected to sleep there that 1st night, we absolutely refused as this was a health hazard to say the least. Eventually arrangements were made for us and apologies were extended by the hosts, we were booked into a different apartment at Eden on the Bay just so that we could sleep, the following day different sleeping arrangements were made for us for the rest of our week stay (the hosts mentioned this was an upgrade @ Ocean View Apartments 603A), but unfortunately we were not able to have our two sea facing bedrooms and personally felt this was not what we paid for and not an upgrade as they mentioned as our view was blocked by other apartments in front of ours. We stayed for 6 nights, there was no toilet spray in the bathrooms, there was only one toilet roll per bathroom. No one even suggested or mentioned to clean our apartment for the complete 6 day stay. The extractor hood and light switch above the stove is not in working order. The 2nd bedroom's lamp was inside one of the cupboards and it's glass cover was broken. No sound proofing, noise level of street below sounded as if they were talking next to you and other person's smoking weed in the apartments around us was a bother. Our host was very accommodating (Cecilia) and she was sympathetic to our situation and did what she could to help us get settled in the end. We did appreciate her friendliness and willingness to help with what she could. 🌼

Beautiful and clean with the most gorgeous views especially of the sea and Table Mountain.

The views are absolutely stunning. Easy access to yhe beach and yhe host is very accommodating. Very safe as well.

No loud noise allowed. The limit is determined by the neighbors' feelings.
