The Hub 602

Really enjoyed our stay at The Hub 602. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The location was excellent, close enough to all the main attractions but without the noise and crowds. The V&A Waterfront was only about 15 minutes away, which made getting around Cape Town really easy. The check in process was simple, communication was great, and the apartment felt safe and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Honestly, not much. The only downside was that we were only there for two nights. We would definitely have stayed longer if our schedule allowed.

Loved everything

The heaters on the wall were not working and it was cold.

Nothing — the host cancelled my booking an hour before check-in. My family and I had travelled from the Eastern Cape for my graduation, and we were left stranded due to the cancellation. It caused significant inconvenience, and the host was not helpful at all.

I was very disappointed that the host made no effort to assist me in finding alternative accommodation after cancelling my booking just an hour before check-in. Additionally, my refund was not processed on the same day, which forced me to pay for new accommodation out of pocket. When I reached out for assistance regarding the refund, especially after being informed by Booking.com that it would take 7–12 days, they ignored my message entirely.

Place is filthy ... Tiles cracked, bathroom stinks .. road outside is strewn with litter it's a really bad neighbourhood. Avoid this property

The apartment was clean and very spacious.

The place has everything you need. Charmaine Trueman is an amazing host and she was very helpful.

Wish the place had Aircon.
