Great hotel with excellent service right in the best part of Valencia!

The place was excellent. Location could not have been any better. Walking distance from all the must visit places and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The best!

Centrally located, friendly staff and quick service. The parking was a bit of an issue at first but it was managed quickly.

Absolutely loved the room. Bed was luxurious. Bathroom was excellent. Staff were professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our stay at this centrally located hotel offered great walking access to Valencia's main attractions and a guest parking garage nearby for about 22 euros per day. However, the experience was marred by several issues. The front desk service was not as friendly, lacking a warm welcome for guests. The lobby felt outdated and cramped. We opted for the included breakfast, which turned out to be a disappointment with dry and unappetizing options that didn't justify the extra cost, especially given the abundance of nearby eateries. Our room was small and poorly designed with dysfunctional layout issues like a cramped shower near the entrance and inadequate space for multiple pieces of luggage. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent bad odor and lacked proper hooks for hanging towels, adding to the inconvenience. Temperature control was also problematic, with the water inconsistently shifting from hot to cold and ineffective air conditioning. While the location is ideal, the lack of quality and comfort would deter us from returning, especially considering the price point and the hotel's appeal to an older demographic who might find these issues even more challenging

The hotel take down the air conditioner in the room and is impossible to sleep,I was calling everyday to the front desk to ask for AC
