"Great hotel, good food - improve on Game Drive experience, and restaurant staff turnaround times"

Beautiful hotel, nicely located - great designs and finishing. Boma food excellent, generally their food quite good - staff friendly and they treated us well.

Kitchen/Resteurant staff could up the pace a bit - service slow even when they're not that busy. Drinks shouldn't take that long to be brought to table once ordered. Game Drive - perhaps partner with more game reserves and not only have one option. Property is on a strip of land and doesn't have much space to walk about. ground floor units not much view to enjoy. Cleaning staff took their sweet time to clean up rooms - they need to improve on this.

Best Location n the middle of all activities

My room 224 had a door that connects with the other room. There was no privacy as I could hear everything happening next door. Even when they flush a toilet I can hear. They must just make the 2 rooms a family Unit
