Didn't take breakfast here; location is good, central to Cape Town, winelands, West Coast; room large and comfortable, especially for longer stay. Lovely touch with cushions etc on bed. Nono was always so friendly and willing to help, no matter what the issue! View on the vlei and towards Lion's Head and Signal Hill from the balcony a welcome bonus

Coffee machine in room with no information: no idea which type of pod, where to get or when there will be available - all questions met with evasive, non-sensical answers that Nono got from main office, and she had no idea which pods you use! Management should plan properly for stocks, don't tell me it is finished and 'we don't know when we'll get new stocks', or that 'we don't know the name of the type of pod' - I wasted money on the wrong pods! There is laminated A4 notice on what you can't smoke in the room, but zero info on the coffee machine right underneath it. Loose carpet in open area upper floor needs serious replacement; carpet in room needs thorough wash and looking at areas where it is fraying or hole burnt; cupboard has tons of hanging space but zero shelves for clothes - build in shelves on one side, there is space. Place needs overall critical eye for general maintenance issues, ie scuffed skirtings, small plaster cracks, metal edging on carpet at sliding door, scuff marks on cupboard and furnishings; ensure duvet cover has working studs to close it up, our second one didn't have any working studs and duvet tends to seek exit! Jacuzzi bath was a luxury treat but would suggest fix a handle to the wall next to the door as well, not only have the one on the back wall, far from the side where you get in and out - it can get tricky and slippery and dangerous without something to hold on to! Note on the food: I saw the breakfast menu and some of the dinners - a bit expensive, I would say.

It's not located in the center of Cape Town, but there's easy access by car to different tourist areas, and the space, staff and accommodation were very good. Love it and appreciated the hosting.

The property was absolutely beautiful,clean. The stuff was exceptionally friendly and the break fast was always amazing

We didn't get bottles of water on second day when we ask for them, The Jacuzzi was not working, The Sink was liking and when we made bookings they showed us Kwantu 2 not 1 but we got book for us on Kwantu 1
