I had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

The duvet cover was torn at the bottom and tucked under the mattress. Shower door leaked on to the bathroom floor.

After key collection got to the apartment and there was 4 ladies in the suite having a nice conversation meaning apartment wasnt ready for occupation. Fast foward after they left apartment was filthy and dirty not cleaned

The fact that it is a walking distance to Canal walk.

Checking in process. When I used the address(1 Boulevard), the navigator was not showing a building, I was so lost. You need to be specific that the keys are collected at Crystal Towers. Because I had to go to Palms to ask the security where do I collect the keys, as the host was not answering my calls.
