Room size was good . Good value for money. Location is perfect.

The sofa is not comfortable .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent—centrally situated yet surprisingly quiet despite being located along a main road. The internet connection was reliable, and I appreciated having consistent access to hot water throughout my stay. The additional amenities, including the kettle, microwave, refrigerator, iron, and toaster, were particularly useful and greatly enhanced my comfort and convenience.

While housekeeping staff appeared to service the room daily, the overall cleanliness of the room—particularly the bathroom and kitchenette areas—did not meet expectations. Additionally, my bed linens were not changed at any point during my eight-night stay. I also had to repeatedly request toilet paper whenever supplies ran out, despite the room being accessed regularly by housekeeping staff. These are details that should have been routinely monitored and addressed as part of the daily cleaning service.

The rooms were abit small

Good location and 24 hr security. Bathroom was clean

Too small to walk around the bed- tiny room, no window in bathroom and no parking. No bottle of water in room - it just cost R9 - they could have put 2x 500ml at the least
