Yudi was very easy to communicate with and answered immediately! so this was a bonus as one needs instant comms when travelling...He was great and met us with a warm welcome....the property was very well located and very easy to access...security staff were very pleasant. only comment was bed was awful and the pictures always make places look way nicer... general flaw in marketing across the board! ...carpets extremely tired as is the bathroom and patio....and THE BLINDS ARE FOR A BOARDROOM IF THAT!!!

The unit is basic and functional and in a great location, with access to the promenade and in a secure and well maintained building. If you're looking for a reliable, secure, and budget friendly spot in this area, it's a good option. Manage your expectations though, as it doesn't offer many of the comforts of home. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless.

There are simple things that can be done to improve a stay. I've listed below: 1. Poor wifi. Better WIFI is needed as the current connection was patchy and unstable when more than one device was connected 2. Flimsy blinds. Proper curtains are needed, especially when the bed is surrounded by windows. The blinds do not help with keeping out the cold or light at night as there are street lights right outside the windows. 3. Mismatched and old cutlery, crockery, and glasses (some look like they've been "borrowed" from other establishments). Decent cutlery, glasses, and crockery sets would improve one's kitchen user-experience. 4. Only a bath, no shower installed. Mounting the shower head on the wall so that one can take a proper shower would be helpful. It's also easy to put in a glass barrier rather than an old plastic shower curtain 5. Carpets are very dusty- they would benefit from a thorough vacuum 6. The kitchen light didn't work 7. A better TV set up is needed- not sure who uses DSTV anymore. Many Air BnB's are now well equipped with access to Netflix/ Showmax these days but if you do have a DSTV card- bring it along! 8. There are too many chairs that clutter up the small space. Seating for 8 in a 1 bed apartment is a bit much. What would be helpful is having less furniture overall, and possibly switching out at least 2 of the extra chairs in favour of a proper desk and decent chair for those travelling for work. There is no comfortable workspace in this unit.
