"Manageable for the purpose of a hospital day stay purely because of location."

The location was excellent. Very convenient for a hospital appointment.

The bed was too small, very uncomfortable. The room was hot. The aircon only cooled part of the room and it wasn’t practical to open windows and blinds because of light from the other apartments. Although access to the mall appeared easy for pedestrians, in reality it was awkward walking through the parking entrance. There are too many agents/contacts/hosts. It was difficult to keep track of the variety of messages and emails.

Loved the location, took me less than 5 minutes to walk to the mall. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I will definitely book it again

The pillows were uncomfortable for me. Softer pillows would have made it extra perfect as I woke up with stiffness on the neck.
