"Scammers"

Got scammed by this place. Placed a booking on booking.com, when we got to the accommodation the said the apartment we had booked had been allocated to someone else. They offered us another apartment but said we had to pay for it as well despite the fact that we had already paid for the 1st apartment. We requested a refunded on the 1st apartment we didn't get and they denied our request then further charged us for cancelation fee for the 1st apartment. This was truly a terrible experience
