Partial results of the incompetent staff nd management I have to say nothing

This staff is so rude and incompetent they treat us like trash this stay was unprofessional nd unpleasant we don’t recommend this to anyone and especially the staff member called angie is the one who’s more rude like the wolf pack leader so for this treatment we going to burnish the name of this guest house 😤and management making our stay uncomfortable with the fact that they say the rules that they set in the rooms don’t apply on what’s written on booking.com telling us we need to leave the stay only after few hours of being there,where else on booking.com it says check in time is anything from 00:00 . So now they forcing us to leave the stay time we already paid for it and we booked from the 1st till the 2nd

I liked the warmth welcome we received from the staff 😀 and also the room was giving that beautiful vibe 😍 and l enjoyed Netflix 😉 and also the garden is beautiful especially for the view

The rules and regulations are too many and awkward especially the one that speaks about stained sheets and towels and the 300 rands which is to be paid if the sheets are stained etc
