Good and safe area, away from the noise. Everything you need for a stay.

The people take forever to reply to their clients I wrote them 4 times for the day of the check in and later start to call as it was close to check in with no details. They neef to focus to be more pro active.

Clean, friendly and obliging staff. Spacious. Secure. Parking just outside the room is very convenient.

. Bathroom towel rail was missing - this should have been spotted before we checked in. Having said that it was rectified quickly. Generally the placed is furnished and equipped at an absolutely minimal level. No shelves or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom so toiletries and sponge bags must go on the floor. Bedside tables are badly needed - the semi circular tiny shelf does not suffice. The kitchen is again very minimal. We did appreciate the full size fridge freezer but something to make fresh coffee would have been appreciated. I had to go a buy a Caffetierre/coffee plunger. Also a sharp kitchen knife and scissors. I didnt cook anything whilst there but there is only one cooking ring and i am quite sure more cooking utentsils would be needed. The glass walls of the bathroom mean night time trips bathe the whole bedroom in light and waking your partner. It would be more thoughtful to have another smaller light. Overall it is designed to be functional rather than comfortable. A few small and inexpensive additions would make a big difference.

Excellent location, within walking distance of a number of great shops and restaurants. Rooms were very spacious, kitchen fully equipped.

The room I stayed in was very utilitarian, but the other room for our family was lovely and well appointed. In the unit I stayed in, the bed was in the loft area with a narrow spiral staircase to navigate, and the washroom was downstairs, which made it a bit trickier. It was lovely having the space, but an extra table and chairs in the dining area would have been a nice touch.

It was clean, close to the supermarket. The apartment was confortable for a short stay.

During our stay, the area was affected by heavy storms and a general power outage. There was no backup power source, the air conditioning did not work and the window was broken, we couldn't close it completely. Morover, the roof was very thin, so we had to endure loud noise from the rain and wind.

The location was excellent. The unit was lovely and spacious.

The aircon/heater was not working, and that area is freezing cold.

The location was excellent, especially being so close to the station where the Wine Tram departs. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a great living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Check-in and check-out were easy, with well-organized digitalized steps that made the whole process very practical. It was also very easy to park the car nearby, which was another big plus.

There were just a few minor downsides during our stay. The shower water leaked outside the shower area, which was a bit inconvenient. We also missed having a heater in the bedroom, especially because the weather was quite cold during our visit. In addition, when we arrived, our key was not in the lockbox as indicated in the check-in instructions, but the issue was quickly resolved by a staff member who appeared at the reception.

The location was excellent. The unit was lovely and spacious. Generous sized lounge, dining and kitchen. Generous size bedroom and bathroom.

It was cold. The tiles were freezing. A few rugs would have made a big difference. Especially next to the beds and in the bathroom.

Location is great. Apartment is large with a nice little private courtyard. Full size kitchen
