No Breakfast provided. Clean and neat.

Bus stop/Taxi stop was very noisy and very close to the property. Only limited cutlery and crockery available.

Great location just opposite wine tram. Huge room, ample parking.

Maybe a tiny bit too close to the action if you want a completely peaceful stay (BP garage quite noisy just around the corner)

Gute Lage, nahe der Hauptstraße. Kleine Bäckerei zum Frühstücken nebenan. Restaurants und Station der WineTram in Laufweite.

Es gab während dem gesamten Aufenthalt kein warmes Wasser. Ebenso war die Klimaanlage und somit auch die Heizung defekt, am Sicherungskasten ausgeschaltet und die Fernbedienung fehlte. Bei 6 Grad Außentemperatur nachts nicht in Ordnung. Das Personal vor Ort konnte nicht weiterhelfen, war aber wenigstens nett. Der Sicherheitsmann sagte, dass das Problem mit dem Wasser seit Tagen bestehe und sich der Inhaber nicht kümmere. Auf Anrufe und Emails antwortet auch niemand, dafür kommen dauernd Nachrichten, dass man sich doch melden solle, wenn etwas nicht passt.

Location was perfect

Check In- keys were not left in lock box. Phone number provided for issues was not answered. Eventually found a cleaner that contacted management. Issue with tripping plugs not sorted out even though it was reported

Very central - excellent location - lovely bakery next door - walking distance to everything

Bedside lamps frustrating

Very spacious, clean and great location

It would be great to have a few more amenities if I stayed longer but all in all it's a lovely spot.
