Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine Enttäuschung, weshalb ich das Hotel nicht mehr weiterempfehlen kann. Angefangen beim Zustand des Zimmers: Die Balkontür war so beschädigt und gesplittert, dass sie sich nicht öffnen ließ. Den Balkon hatten wir also umsonst bezahlt. Der defekte Aufzug hat das Ganze nicht besser gemacht, ständig ewig viele Stufen zu laufen, ist im Urlaub einfach nicht erholsam. Dass dann auch noch die vorab feste Zusage für ein Zimmer mit Badewanne beim Check-in hinfällig war, hat dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Ich war bereits letzte Jahr im Mai dort, dort war tatsächlich alles in Ordnung. Mittlerweile leider nicht mehr
