Rooms and facilities lovely.. Clean and spacious. Helpful staff. The view from the terrace was amazing. We enjoyed the gastronomic breakfast

The road down to the hotel is very steep and bumpy.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. El edificio es una joya que, tras la gran reforma, combina con acierto modernidad y tradición. Los muros centenarios abrazan en silencio cada espacio, transmitiendo historia y calma, mientras el interior sorprende con un diseño actual, cómodo y lleno de detalles cuidados. Un lugar único donde el pasado y el presente conviven en perfecta armonía. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. Gastronomía top.

Un lugar fantástico con vistas a un precioso valle donde se agradecen la calma y la tranquilidad. A 5 minutos en coche de la población más cercana, su corta distancia a la conexión con la autopista y la cercanía a Laredo, ofrecen diversas posibilidades para visitar playas u otras poblaciones sin renunciar a un alojamiento en un entorno natural relajado. Destacar la increíble integración del nuevo edificio dentro de una piel de piedra perteneciente a la antigua casona del siglo XVII. El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento.

Ubicación privilegiada, el acceso a la autovía no es inmediato pero tampoco es muy malo.

Me ha gustado todo, no le puedo poner ningún pero, ha sido todo de 10, el personal, profesional y amable y las instalaciones de 10.

I'm not sure why Hotel Pico Velasco is rated only 3 stars, perhaps due to the lack of a spa or concierge service. However, in my opinion, it deserves a much higher rating. The hotel's charm, character, and exceptional service make it a truly fantastic choice. I highly recommend Hotel Pico Velasco to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience. Don't let the 3-star rating fool you – this hotel is a hidden gem!

Stunning hotel made perfect by excellent staff and wonderful food. We ate in the bar as restaurant was closed but food and service were excellent. Wine recommendation by the very helpful sommelier was excellent.
