The staff are very friendly and super nice. They met and exceeded our expectations. Shout out to Funeka, she's was so lovely to us.

I am happy with everything. The swimming pool area could use a bit of uplift.

My stay at Neighbourgood Loop Street was overall good. The hotel is simple, but the room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The location is perfect, right in the city center, which makes everything easily accessible. The rooftop view is absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I would like to give a special thank you to LINDELWA. She was extremely helpful, kind, and always smiling. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made my experience much better.

The room is comfortable with a nice view and a great bathroom Staff was great Good AC

Main issue was the noise coming from a a meeting room next door from 5/6am I complained multiple times but the staff was unable to provide for a solution or lower done the noise Room is not 100% clean as there was some stuff from the previous guests in the mini bar as well as a used towel in the bathroom, also I saw a cockroach in the bathtub Overall location and price is good but I won’t be back
