Great location

Need a deep clean. Oven dirty. TV worked intermittently. Some equipment and utensils of poor quality. Hair drier only work for a few seconds at a time. No shower soap.

Location and view absolutely excellent

The incorrect adress to find the location from Booking. Com. The adress is not Marine drive 1, Bloubergstrand. So we struggled to find it at the start.

Location is all that is good.

The agent could be more welcoming and friendly. The Host agent was dismissive of my concerns/complaints. There was no washing machine and all units I have rented before in this category had a washing machine. The property and furniture is run down and due for a serious upgrade compared to other units I have stayed in in this price range. The worst part is I found hair that was not mine or my child- it was blond and we have dark hair , on the guest room bed. This is enough to make me sick. The agent said we dismissive and sent a person to clean the next day but not with new bedding or towels. The bathroom is dark and dingy old shower and toilet , the sink doesn’t drain fast enough. The couch is dirty with stains. Needless to say we spent very little time in the unit- we tried to be out most of the time.
