The welcome message with all the codes only arrived the day after we arrived. When we made contact late Friday night. I was asked to prove proof of payment. This freaked me out. Such questions must be finalized before we arrive.

MAGreat place, great setup, very kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect as it is near most convinient stores, VA waterfront and restaurants. The area is safe and a friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

The accommodation smelled of weed/ cigarette smoke. Bedding was stinking of smoke. Just a very unpleasant stay.
