ZAÉ um quarto com banheiro numa casa enorme. Fiquei 6 noites e nao encontrei ninguém, pois o check in e check out são eletronicos. É bem silencioso, a cama é muito confortável, mas o chuveiro sai pouca água, podia ser melhor. Fica num bairro residencial, entao nao há mercado ou farmácia perto, apenas um bistrô na esquina onde vc pode fazer o breakfast. Tb fica perto do estádio de futebol e da orla (10 minutos caminhando). Qdo precisei tirar dúvida, recebi resposta rápida do proprietário, gostei.
ZAGreat location.
Aircon didn’t work at all. Sent a text to ask regarding it but no response to that message. Communal kitchen area was locked by another guest from the inside and I couldn’t get in to warm food. I had to call in to the office to get someone to open. All room keys should have a key for communal area in case someone decides to do the same in future.
ZAStay was good and met my needs for a short term stay.
Too much light from window and door coming into room at night

ZAThe staff was helpful. The power went out because of a storm. And the staff got me into another building they own. I have stayed there before so I am not rating it now.
I had a simply bad experience with the power going out, however I thought that the facilities were lesser than their other building's standard.
