Extra towels galore Views from the 9th floor
Finding our parking bay was a mission. The oven and oven pan were not washed. Cutlery in the drawers is dirty. We had to wash everything before using and have pictures as proof. There were washed towels in the washing machine that hadn't been taken out. The rug and place in general is dirty.

The Host Keigan Bailey was very Helpful and assisted at last minute. Even allowed an earlier check in. The apartment is clean ,modern and Practical. Right next to mall of Africa. Security is very tight and no one can come in without a code. The Lunar club downstairs is very chilled when you don't want to drive out to eat.
Some soap, shampoo and a little dishwashing liquid would be nice. Did not like leaving dirty dishes.

The place itself was great..
Check-in process and information about what to do was disappointing...I do not like extensive interaction with the owners to find out about logistics of the apartment. The key was not at the concierge but with someone at the reception..Too much up and down. I don't like it..
