"Beautiful view but needs lots maintenance and cleaning"

Great location and beautiful view. Being on the ground floor was great with a baby and having access to the road to get out made it so easy to get to restaurants and the beach

Not well maintained, most cupboard door handles broken off cupboards making it difficult to open kitchen cupboards, holes in the walls from previously hung things, and random screws and wall brackets on walls which haven't been taken off, chipped paint. The linen felt and looked clean but the rest of the apartment wasn't clean, the floors were dirty when we arrived, everything felt grimy. For the price we paid, we were not impressed and feel maintenance and cleanliness of the apartment is the bare minimim.

"GOOD POSITION. GOOD PARKING. POOR INTERIOR AND TOO LITTLE CROCKERY AS DISPLAYED ON THE PHOTOS."

BRAAI ON THE VERANDAH GRID WAS RUSTED AND WE COULDN'T USE IT. CROCKERY WAS CHIPPED NEARLY ON EVERY PLATE. NOT ENOUGH CROCKERY. NO CUPS AND SAUCERS. COULDN'T USE THE DISHWASHER. DIRTY CARPETS. DIRTY WINDOWS. TOASTER KEPT ON TRIPPING THE ELECTRICITY. KETTLE DOESN'T SWITCH OFF. SAFETY GATES ARE SO DIRTY, THEY NEED TO PAINT IT. DISH CLOTHS DIRTY AND BROWN.

Like? No I loved everything about the place it was so warm, comfy and I would definitely recommend that place. I loved the mountain and the ocean views from the lounge and the bedroom it was amazing.

The main bedroom lighting was so deem not the side lamps I was fine with them but the main light was so deem.
