Loved the beautiful decor, the professionalism and beautiful setting of the location and views. Everything is geared towards you unwinding and relaxing.

An area of improvement is that sometimes the basin tap didn’t seem to have hot water at night, but we visited in the summer, so it wasn’t an issue, but a slight inconvenience.

Beautifully furnished a real feast for the eyes, unique and exquisite touches. It feels like a wonderland and such a superb experience beautiful views. All the people who work at the hotel are such a treat, full of character and nothing is an issue. It’s also a pleasure to see the people working at the hotel are actually enjoying their jobs and each other. A very supportive team. Well done guys! Will definitely be back 👏🏻

Heerlijke kamer, ruim en schoon. Het eten was ook erg goed! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en fijn contact via whatsapp. Locatie was perfect, in de ‘winkelstraat’! Kortom, top!

De wifi op onze kamer deed het niet goed. Het personeel heeft het wel goed en snel proberen op te lossen dus dat was heel fijn maar het was alsnog geen super wifi.

The hotel experience at IH was the best I’ve had, ever. The location is perfect, the room is luxurious and comfortable with views and the hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. The Palms was our favourite restaurant in Plett (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and I got the sense that locals love it too. The turndown service included a printed poem, every night - the little things matter. I genuinely did not want to leave IH! Thank you for an impeccable experience, I will definitely be back!
