Naprostá spokojenost. Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa je opravdu nádherný hotel – krásný areál, luxusní prostředí, úžasné bazény, bary a celkově velmi příjemná atmosféra. Resort působí velkolepě a zároveň klidně. Pokoje jsou velké, prostorné a pohodlné. Všude čisto, personál příjemný a služby bez problémů. Velké plus je i poloha u promenády a blízko pláže. Největší plus za nás bylo jídlo – opravdu skvělé, velký výběr a vše chutné. Byli jsme i v Lopesan Baobab Resort, který je také krásný a zajímavý svým stylem, ale jídlo nám tam přišlo slabší. Tady bylo stravování jednoznačně lepší. Za nás 100% spokojenost a určitě bychom se sem znovu vrátili.

The architecture, interior design, garden and pools, and the room. Also the range and quality of food for breakfast, and the yoga activity. I also greatly appreciated the location of the smoking areas, because I wasn't bothered by the cigarette smoke during the stay.

The sun beds are overall very close to each other (20-30cm), so it feels very crowded (which I find uncomfortable) and I wasn't expecting this in a 5-star hotel. I think they have underestimated the necessary garden space to host the guests of the hotel, which is quite big. However, playa del Ingles is at a 20-30 minutes distance (with the bus) and it has a better placement for sunbeds, which are not expensive at all (9 euros per day at the time of my stay, at the end of May). Also, the chairs of the balcony rooms are VERY loud when they are moved, so the noise environment really depends on the guests' consideration for their neighbors. I had to complain at the reception desk because my neighbors, probably smokers, were using it early in the morning, in the afternoon when I was taking a nap, and also in the late evening...
