Estaba en un lugar tranquilo, había aparcamiento en los alrededores y la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable

La habitación no era tal cual como la foto, una de las camas era supletoria y el colchón no era tan bueno como la de la otra cama, y el baño parecía el de un hospital, la ducha era para minusválidos y no tenía mampara ni nada que separase la ducha con el resto del baño.

Localization was good, close to the metro; easy connection with the city centre. It was nice that we could check in before the official hour. Very helpful a young man at the reception.

The room stank of sewage. The cleaning lady said that it was a city-wide problem. AC didn't work. It was hot inside. Opening the window didn't help. Together with the stench it was unbearable. When I said that I cannot stay in such conditions, I heard that I could cancel my reservation. Finally, I got other room which was on the ground floor on the same side as the previous one. AC worked, but there was problem with the bathroom as the shower couldn't be hung and as there was no shower cabin, half the bathroom was flooded. I had a problem to get a rag or anything to get rid off water. After the shift at the recepction, when a young man came, the communication was much better. As my room faced the courtyard, there were always people sitting there, talking, smoking cigarettes. It was loud and I couldn't have my window open even at night. I made the reservation long before arrival asking for a room on the quiet side but it was ignored.

Las habitaciones son bastante grandes, tienen mesita de escritorio y enchufes cerca de la cama.

Apenas había jabón/champú (un pequeño sobre) y tampoco había secadora de pelo.

Muy bueno el personal de la recepción y las instalaciones muy buenas tambien
