Location, beautiful building. Easy check in.

Only one bathroom for three bedrooms. The beds were not the most comfortable.

A beautiful property in a traditional but also elegant setting. I loved it.

The host was very accommodating and very professional. The property was extremely clean and very spacious. Out of all the properties I have stayed in the area, this property is by far the best. I would consider even renting it monthly if I had the opportunity.

The host, when I asked, refused to provide any information at all for check-in procedures, and I asked well after the previous guests would have been required to check out, so it made no sense not to give me the check-in info. As a result, all I had was the address. On arrival, and after about half an hour of waiting outside the property (according to the listing, someone would be there to meet me, and I hoped that would at least happen. It didn't) a kind local resident called the property for us, and got us the codes for the door. Why in God's name was this not provided to us automatically, and ahead of time? And why was it refused when I requested it directly? It makes zero sense, and this MUST be improved. This simply is not acceptable. Your location is great, but I simply cannot give you anything but a failing grade when it comes to "host" or "check-in procedure".
