The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is right at the heart of the city, close to everything you’d want to see, great base to go to other parts of the city, and close to all the highly recommended restaurants and bars. The decor is cute.

It’s not cleaned properly. There’s dust everywhere, and I think the cups in the room are only wiped not washed as they were stained and still smelled like coffee. Dust inside the closet and on the bed. My lights kept going out: the first night the light in the bathroom wasn’t working but a kind member of staff promptly changed it, but a couple of nights later the main bedroom light started flickering so badly it could cause a seizure, and despite telling me it would be fixed, it wasn’t until I checked out a few days later. The rooms are very small, nothing special. Ok for a solo traveller but I think would be a struggle for a couple or if you had big suitcases. The balcony is non existent, just a door that opens. Did not feel it was good value for money for what I paid, and would not return as there are other hotels in the same location.

Posizione favolosa,puoi visitare il centro a piedi comodamente, struttura molto bella e silenziosamente se sei accanto alla cattedrale. Staff molto cordiale e attento. Molto simpatici.

Un po di difficoltà con le schede per aprire le porte.Ma tutto risolto con la gentilezza e la competenza dello staff.

Top Lage in der Altstadt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen oder sich in der Nähe Fahrräder ausleihen. Auch eine Metrostation ist in der Nähe mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafen. Personal am Empfang war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit frischen Obst war lecker und liebevoll angerichtet.
