Le personnel fait tout son possible pour vous donner satisfaction mais n’a pas toujours les moyens de le faire

Beaucoup de chambres donnent sur une cour Intérieure de moins de 2 m de large. Cela n’est précisé nulle part au moment de la réservation , c’est trompeur. Résultat : chambre sombre et donnant sur un mur. Cela ne justifie pas un tel prix. De même le personnel (1 personne) n’est pas assez nombreux le matin au petit déjeuner pour faire face lorsque les clients arrivent sachant que le petit déjeuner n’est servi que sur deux heures. Buffet en rupture, attente. Bref un passage qui ne tient pas ses promesses d’où ma note de 4

The location of Casa Clarita is excellent - completely central but on a very quiet street, with many shops and restaurant choices close by. The staff in particular was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We encountered 4 different staff members throughout our stay - Margaret, Paco, the trainee who worked with Paco, and another young lady whose name we didn't catch. They are to be commended for their efforts to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Perhaps the cost of the room is a little high for its size.

My partner and I just finished our second stay at Casa Clarita! We love it here, the location is perfect, and the rooms are super clean and cozy. Even though the hotel is near the busy city center, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The staff is wonderful, too always ready to help. We'll be back!

Nothing to add here

The staff was super friendly and the location is amazing. Best spots just around the corner but at the same time the area is so quiet that you can hide from city rush. It was lovely to be woken up by church bells:)
