The property looked lovely and Juan at the bar was a great guy and super helpful

We paid £500 a night for a studio property with a plunge pool. The room was lovely but the noise from the outside roads was SO loud. Constant mopeds wizzing past through the day and night. Not exactly the relaxing environment we hoped for, especially for the very high price point. We complained to a lady with red hair at reception and she said we could upgrade for £1.2k extra for our 4 night stay!!!! Crazy. I explained we had paid enough. She said she would speak to her Director to see what they could do but we never heard back, even after seeing her multiple times. Such a shame as the location and property are good but don’t stay there if you are looking to relax

L'hotel è molto curato nell'estetica, la camera era spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale di sala del ristorante che fa servizio ai tavoli era molto cordiale e disponibile.

La pulizia può essere migliorata. In nessuno dei giorni di permanenza la stanza è stata pulita veramente bene, abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia intasata dai precedenti ospiti, purtroppo l'intervento della manutenzione è arrivato solamente alla quarta volta in cui abbiamo sollecitato, dopo ormai 3 giorni dalla prima segnalazione. Anche la pulizia dei pavimenti andrebbe rivista. Per la colazione si potrebbe proporre un'alternativa alla carta rispetto alla formula "all you can eat" proposta a 35€ a testa, per chi desidera magari solamente caffè e brioche.
