The hotel is modern and functional with very good, well maintained facilities. The location is around a mile from many of the main points of interest rather than in the middle of them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area can be quite manic, but the staff are super efficient and the food is enjoyable - excellent poached eggs. Pricing of food and drinks is very reasonable for an hotel
Two rooms booked for my husband & I and elderly parents. The hotel is superb with lovely rooms…we had balcony rooms…& friendly staff who recommended places to go taking into consideration my parents can only walk so far. We did use the pool & sun-lounge area which wasn’t too busy & very well furnished. The cherry on the top would be a roof-top bar. Breakfast was slow when it was busy & has a few teething problems. Not enough staff. Although it’s nice to get waiter/ress service it might help if fruit/cereals etc were buffet service Overall lovely hotel
Had a lovely stay here. The rooms are spotless and stylish. Nice room design especially the window seat and bathroom. The rooftop loungers and seating are very luxurious. Would be good to have a rooftop bar area and a blanket in the wardrobe should the air con be too chilly at night.
First visit to Spain, had very high expectations as this is a new hotel. Very happy with our stay. Staff were very welcoming, our room was exactly as expected. Location wise everywhere was of close distance. Definitely recommend!!
The stay was very nice, facilities were great
The hotel was in a great location and was good overall but the breakfast was handled by a 3rd party Cafe bar located in the hotel and they didn't understand English or were just mixing up orders on purpose. Don't pay the money on breakfast, just search around for a nice place to have breakfast. If you rent a car you should know the hotel doesn't provide parking and it is hard to find a parking spot near the hotel as it is quite a busy area.
Un excellent séjour, tout était parfait!
The hotel had only been open for about a month when we stayed there, and initially there were (understandably) some kinks that still needed to be worked out. However, the staff was consistently fantastic, and the issues were sorted out with compensation in the form of some extra perks. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and within perfect walking distance of almost everything in Palma. The breakfast was well worth the price, and the rooftop pool is a big bonus. In sum, a great place to stay - and once they've figured out all the small challenges that are inevitable for a new hotel, it will be excellent.

Excellent hotel ,just opened in April - everything pristine . Staff really helpful and friendly . Everything is to a high standard including Rituals toiletries used throughout the hotel
