Great location near the cathedral, lovely roof top bar for guests only with jazz performance on our first night. Kind and welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, but quite expensive. It is very well located, pleasant, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Finding it can be a bit challenging because Google Maps provides incorrect directions, and you need to notify the hotel in advance if you are arriving by car. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The breakfasts could be slightly better considering the overall quality of the hotel. They are good, but compared to the otherwise excellent standard of the property, they could be a little more refined and varied.

This hotel is SO worth it! It offers the ultimate in customer service -- from every employee. We so enjoyed help Cora and Alexia at the front desk, Maria in the breakfast room, David, Ernesto, and Jorge the bellmen, Caterina in the rooftop bar. The old bank building is immaculate and the rooms spacious, with light switches in the right places :-) Treat yourself!

Room was divided by a wardrobe to seperate the bedroom and bathroom which made the bedroom somewhat compact The WC facility in the room not good Fixed shower gel and shampoo are too high and not good for a 5 star hotel this is not a Premier Inn the need for luxury loose toiletries is a must
