Hotel Isabella's Llafranc

L'emplacement, la chambre vue mer, l'accueil.

Les portions du restaurant vraiment petites, il ne faut pas avoir fain. Personne ne parlant Français alors que tous les clients étaient Français.

Very plain bathroom and entrance to Room. Just needs a splash or two of that lovely blue on the walls, some adornment. Otherwise perfect!

Es un hotel encantador, decorado con mucho gusto y en el que se nota que cuidan los detalles al máximo. El lugar es precioso, en primera linea de playa y el enclave es maravilloso. Además, la cocina del restaurante también es espléndida, al igual que el desayuno, variado y de calidad. Pero sin duda, lo más destacable, es la amabilidad del personal. Desde las chicas de recepción a las que atendían el desayuno, fueron muy simpáticas, agradables y siempre dispuestas a dar consejos o recomendaciones. Encantados con la experiencia

This hotel is the perfect place for a romantic stay. There were some surprises in the room for us and the staff was very friendly with amazing service. Special thanks to Tianna for her kind upgrade to a room with sea view! :)

Desayuno espectacular y ubicación

Loved the location of the hotel - beachfront, and the beginning of several trails for hiking. The staff were exceptional! They were super friendly and really would like to reward them for their hospitality. The restaurant at the hotel was great for breakfast (a nice offer with the hotel booking) and lunch (loved my pasta with lobster)! The Isabella Group is a restaurant chain with locations throughout Spain, so the food was nothing short of awesome! The hotel has potential!! The room size was great for lounging and roominess. We had a balcony overlooking the sea. The beds were super comfy!!

There was no cold water pressure, so the showers were not so great. We could barely turn on the hot water (which had pressure) because the water would be scalding hot. We told the staff, and no one came to fix it. The rooms were a nice size, but they need a facelift. It felt like the restaurateur group decided to do a hotel but never maintained it... for example, they still have a 1970s-style air conditioner that didn't work and blew hot air. The bed headboard needs a good shampoo cleaning. They have drill-bit holes that they just plastered over to hide, but they still show in the bathroom. This hotel has potential, but needs a spring cleaning and a facelift. Also, the wifi sucks! They need to upgrade their wifi. We did let the staff know when we checked out that they need a good maintenance.
