The location could not be better - literally on the beach. Comfortable, well-appointed, clean. Ample space. Beautiful views. Pictures are accurate.

While the house is in a cul de sac, the street gets very busy with beachgoers, who can be very noisy and park their vehicles everywhere, including all along the sidewalk in front of the house blocking the driveway.
