l'aria condizionata difficilmente regolabile. Lo spegnimento risultato difficile. Non ci sono istruzioni su come usare la safety box che e' andata in blocco. Il personale non era molto customer service oriented.

If you looking for a spacious room with super comfortable bed and all the amenities you could think of, in a beautifully renovated historical building located in the center of old town, this is the place. The roof terrace is when all the charm can be experienced. Nerea's customer service skills are top of the league.

Everything was perfect. Location, staff were amazing with tips and all, super friendly! Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice! I would totally recommend it!

Just a suggestion.. there were some nice events going on at the hotel, that guests could be informed of, because we might have also liked to join…
