La piscina Infinity del área Royal y el spa

La limpieza, sobre todo en la habitación, el balcón no lo limpian en varios días y hubo dos días que no repusieron las tazas y vasos usados. El hotel tuvo la cortesía de obsequiarnos con una botella de cava y después tardaron dos días en llevarse la cubitera y la copas. Además, habiendo reservado con varios meses de antelación no se tuvo en cuenta mi petición de dos camas.

Lovely hotel in immaculate condition very clean and bright..lots of upto date touches.

For us it was a bit too big..a very long walk to reception from oir room in Royal Level.

La ubicación, las vistas, la piscina infinity y la tranquilidad.

El trato que nos dió un camarero llamado Nacho, según su placa identificativa del Havanna Club. Trato prepotente, soberbio y con cierta arrogancia. Fuimos el primer día y no volvimos hasta el último, que dimos una segunda oportunidad y fue peor que la primera. Creemos que una persona que trabaja en atención al público, no puede tener una actitud así y menos aún, cuando se le pidió las cosas con el máximo respeto y educación. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, ya que en toda la estancia no se barrió ni limpió la terraza. Tampoco se nos repuso en toda la estancia el jabón de ducha y en algunas ocasiones otros productos de la habitación.
