Amazing location. Staff especially Tina and Sergi were awesome. The breakfast was good but not great! Eggs cold.

Really everything was fantastic. Beds comfy, room cool and dark. Cannot beat the location.

Breakfast was served like English afternoon tea. Food lovely but would get a little boring if at hotel for long stay.

Didn't like the washbasin in the bedroom but got used to it.

"Disappointing £650 Stay with Poor Service and Lack of Care"

the location, the architecture and design

Very disappointing stay at a four-star hotel. Service was poor throughout—staff were unhelpful with basic requests and showed little care. After we left, the hotel didn’t contact us about two jackets we had forgotten. When we followed up, there was no apology, and items were missing, which is very concerning. The concierge was also the rudest I have ever encountered. Very stingy breakfast. Overall, a clear lack of professionalism and attention to guests.
