"Una estancia muy agradable"

El personal es amabilísimo. El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de Lugo, dispone de parking público muy cerca y se gestiona el pago a través del hotel, con lo cual el acceso es muy cómodo. Disponen de máquina de café e infusiones de cortesía. También hay una máquina de café en la habitación. El hotel es nuevo. Bajo el suelo de la recepción hay una muralla romana.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado, muy buen desayuno buena atención.

La ducha del baño presentaba fallas en la mezcladora, ya que el botón al presionarlo se saltaba y dificultaba su uso.
