The location

The receptionist was extremely rude! It was my husband's birthday. After we checked in, my kids(aged 30!) who were staying in a different hotel wanted to come and surprise their dad . It was 18:30. I gave them the entry code of the hotel main entrance because normally there is noone after 18:00, so they could come in to surprise their dad. As they entered the code, the receptionist came from inside and started SCREAMING at them and told them that they were violating the hotel rule(!) and that they were not allowed to come in!! They told her that it is a birthday surprise. She has made a big scene and a very RUDE one for no reason. She finally agreed to accompany them to our room. Our kids arrived in a terrible mood, having been yelled at by this rude lady! The whole surprise birthday mood was ruined!! Also there is No door for the toilet in the room. not a comfortable use.
