Das Castilla Termal Brihuega überzeugt vor allem durch seine großzügige und ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Komfort, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, das mit einer guten Auswahl und Qualität punktet. Das Schwimmbad ist optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zudem bietet der idyllische Park rund um das Hotel eine wunderschöne Kulisse für Spaziergänge und Erholung.

Allerdings gibt es auch einige Aspekte, die den Gesamteindruck etwas trüben. Die verpflichtende Nutzung von Schwimmhauben im Pool wirkt etwas unzeitgemäß und könnte für manche Gäste störend sein. Zudem fehlt leider die Möglichkeit, draußen auf einer Terrasse etwas zu trinken, was gerade bei schönem Wetter sehr wünschenswert wäre. Im Wellnessbereich sind weder eine Sauna noch ein türkisches Bad vorhanden, was man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich erwarten würde. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist eher spärlich ausgestattet und bietet nur begrenzte Trainingsmöglichkeiten.
