The breakfast spread was amazing. The rooms were big and spacious.

Our room air conditioning wasn’t working well. Even after raising a complaint it wasn’t much better. Even though the spa rates were stated as to be per couple in the menu in our room - they ended up being a per person rate. The spa professionals did not arrive until 11am - which was the slot we wanted to take. Despite that they cut short our spa time.

Zona wellness y desayuno muy buenos y la ubicación perfecta aunque es un pueblo pequeño pero está en un edificio antiguo y bien situado.

Para mí es algo caro pero merece la pena.

Espectacular la ubicación a las instalaciones, las vistas y la decoración!

Mala actitud de los camareros (Fernandina y Jose Luis,)en el desayuno!! Fuimos 4 personas y salimos con disgusto! Para un hotel de 5 estrellas, tienen que ser mas formados en trato de atención al cliente! Es una pena qué un personal con esa actitud te estropee la estancia perfecta!
