The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They are the prime reason for the high rating. Everyone, without exception, were absolutely charming. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Valet parking is available and is an absolute necessity as the hotel is in the middle of the old town which is largely pedestrianized with no obvious parking available anywhere close by.

The junior suite has no view. The windows are just overlooking another building a couple of meters away. Therefore, the view is basically a concrete wall. The room is very dark as a result. All the junior suites have the same aspect. If I had known I would have chosen a different room option.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mercer Plaza Sevilla. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the old town, with all the major historical sights, shops, and eateries just a few minutes’ walk away. It made exploring Seville effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, making us feel truly well looked after. To recap a few, they gave great food and restaurant recommendations, offered us umbrellas on rainy days, helped with bags along the kerb/ driveway and adjusted the AC settings for our room promptly when requested. Our room was fabulously spacious and luxuriously appointed, far larger than expected, and overlooked the main square below. In the evenings, we had a picture-perfect view of the Christmas light show projected onto the façade of the City Hall — a truly magical touch that made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was cosy and intimate, with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere — the perfect way to start each day. An exceptional hotel in every sense. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Mercer Plaza Sevilla to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

l'emplacement est parfait on a pu tout faire toutes les visites et shopping à pieds vraiment un 10 sur 10 pour l'emplacement en plus un service impeccable la conciergerie parfaite tout le monde aux petits soins je remercie tout le personnel pour son dévouement

Exceptionnel à tous points de vue !!! Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pied, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le bâtiment est magnifique avec une ambiance très Sevillane. Mais le véritable trésor de cet établissement, c’est son personnel : d’une gentillesse incroyable, attentionné, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi chaleureux et bienveillant. Tout est fait pour que le client se sente vraiment attendu et choyé. Une adresse exceptionnelle à Séville que je recommande à 100 % et où je reviendrai sans la moindre hésitation !
