Everything, the attention to detail is exquisite. Big thank you to all of the staff, especially Bella for making my birthday trip one to remember. The breakfast, dinner and pool bar food is that of high end and priced of that of a mid tier restaurant. The bed was comfortable, the apartment well maintained, the replacement water each day was a great touch. The cleaning and maintenance team were always polite and not disturbing at all. I could write so much here to be honest. It was all excellent.

There was nothing I did not like. Outside parties booking day passes is a little irritating as many hotel occupants were disturbed or unable to fully use the pool loungers due to day pass getting the bali beds (we had booked and paid for one on arrival but then it was revoked due to day pass user's who used them as towel/bag rests and then proceeded to use all of the loungers by the infinity pool instead) we raised this with Bella and she sent out an email instantly regarding our concerns. Never the less, this is out of the staff control and I have already looked at reserving to stay next year.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, the whole of the hotel is kept clean you can tell how hard the staff work, breakfast was really nice! And the pool bar food was always lovely.

Nothing, we liked the location as it wasn’t too close to hustle and bustle of Las Americas.
