Perfect Location to enjoy the nature as well as going into Bilbao. The hotel is the best and most beautiful building in the town. The staff was incredibly helpful.

The setting of the bathroom was a bit funny, with glass doors that didn't fully close (by design, not because they didn't work).

The service! First of all the welcome was pleasant and informative. We had some issues with the room which made the stay disappointing - but when we contacted the reception they were really helpful and made the experience much more pleasant. Many thanks to the reception representative
