L’absence de personne à la réception lors de notre arrivée (un samedi), le petit déjeuner à prendre le lendemain dans un café du centre, la disposition douche / cabinet de toilette

Tolles und sehr zentrales Hotel im Zentrum. Außerhalb der historischen Stadtmauer haben wir schnell kostenfreie Parkplätze gefunden. Dank der zentralen Lage kann man abends das Flair der schönen Altstadt und Restaurants genießen.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel dans le vieux centre d"Alcudia est pratique même si on doit garer la voiture non loin autour de la ville. Le parking est gratuit. Moins de 15 minutes a pied. Très belle déco. Spacieux. Confortable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait un plus.

Die Lage schien gut zu sein.

Konnten leider nicht Einchecken, da uns die Informationen zum Check in gefehlt haben. Ist kein Hotel mehr. Self check in mit Schlüssel-Tresor. Wollten gegen 16:30 Einchecken, hatten bis dahin aber noch keine Informationen über Booking.com bekommen. 12 mal angerufen, unzählige Mails und Nachrichten geschrieben. Keine Reaktion. Um 21:00 Uhr kam dann eine Nachricht auf Booking.com , dass es verschickt wurde, aber keine wirkliche Entschuldigung, keine Klärung, kein einziger Rückruf keine Mail zurück. . Während den Check in Zeiten nicht erreichbar zu sein, geht gar nicht. Vorallem nicht bei diesem Preis! Schade. Wäre bestimmt schön gewesen. Jetzt warten wir auf das Geld zurück.
