The hotel is in a great location inside the walls of the old town and was surprisingly quiet. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the Wifi worked well. There is a good coffee machine in the room which is great if you drink coffee.

The hotel was advertised as having toiletries in the room which was was certainly the case. However, these were not replaced during our stay so we had to rush out after 4 nights to buy soap and shampoo before we could shower. We had assumed toiletries would be replaced automatically when they ran out. I would have been happy to bring my own soap and shampoo had I known that the toiletries were not going to be replaced. There was no area down stairs to store bikes. Many visitors to Mallorca are cyclists so would urge the hotel to consider this facility in the future. There was a small courtyard that could have been used for this purpose. The hotel did kindly allow us to keep the bikes in our room but it was not ideal to take them up and down the stairs.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel located inside the old town of Alcudia. It is meticulously clean. The service, although somewhat limited compared to larger properties, was exceptional. The facility feels like a newer renovation, of a vintage property, that is super charming and conveniently located to explore the towns in this area of the island.

There isn’t much not to like so I would phrase it more like opportunities to make it even better. A small improvement would be to add some soft music in the dining area for breakfast. It is very quiet with limited guests so you feel you need to whisper when other guests are seated. The other suggestion would be maps with where to park if you are driving. You can’t park in the old city so you need to figure that out.

This hotel is so beautiful and it really is a home from home. So cosy with everything you need and we loved the lovely fresh breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend and we really had the time in the world for Joana who looked after us so well.
