ZAFor the first time in this hotel I received welcoming snacks brought to my room on arrival ☺️. The room, linen etc was clean. It was home away from home. The grounds the pool the dining room.. everything was clean. Big ups to the management and the team.
Noise 😨 of guests coming in to their rooms at 3am who were shouting at each other was unwelcome. I'm a light sleeper so it kept me up the whole time. Security needs to be available on the floors for these kind of disturbances.

ZAZAWhat I liked most before enjoying the stunning breakfast was the bed. It was very comfortable such that it wasn't easy to wake up in the morning.🥳🥳🥳

DEWir hatten kaum das Zimmer bezogen, fanden wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, in Form von Naschereien, im Zimmer vor, welche wir uns auch gleich schmecken ließen. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer groß und sauber und der Blick auf den Garten und den Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück und das Dinner in Buffetform waren lecker. Für uns war es ein idealer und sicherer Zwischenstopp auf unserer Rundreise, Richtung Drakensberge.
Es gab nichts Negatives!
ZAZAThe Room is nice and comfortable. I liked the bathroom, it has enough space and its modern.
I was booked at 153 and its very far its a loooong walk to freedom as a result i was thinking if in a case of fire. The breakfast there was no variety, I was looking forward to it but I got disappointed. It was my first time, I paid for 3 adults but didn't get value for money. The pool outside Area was nice as well. The staff members where friendly and warm. For a 5 star hotel you need to improve more on the offerings during the breakfast. A week ago i was in Alwal North and I slept at a guest house they offered variety and value for money.
