Hotel d'epoca, ben ristrutturato e arredato. Ottima posizione: centrale ma tranquillo. Staff gentile e parcheggio privato ( a pagamento) nelle vicinanze. Tutto piacevole e curato

Sehr großes Zimmer, super Lage zum Plaza Mayor und Plaza San Juan

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber Lärmempfindliche könnte der Club direkt am Hotel unten im Garten etwas stören. Wir fanden es super, da richtig gute Stimmung mit Livemusik (waren am Wochenende da)

"Not a Good Experience"

Difficulty in booking this hotel as they did not acknowledge my online booking on their site until I phoned. Arrived to find I had been allocated a room with no window - only a skylight which could not be opened for fresh air and had no blind. Room was also designed for impaired mobility which made bathroom facilities awkward. Had to return 'Ceasar Salad' twice in restaurant as it basically was improperly prepared - lattice drissled with dressing, wrong type lettuce, blocks of plastic cheese rather than flaked parmesan, no croutons. Left dish untouched but waiter insisted on full payment despite complaints. Raised issue with reception who responded that the restaurant is under separate management. Overall not a good experience.

"Little Pizarro Palace."

In my opinion the best hotel in Cáceres. We had an amazing room with lots of lovely light and a wonderful terrace. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t brilliant to have made the most of it. Staff were so great and reception staff spoke good English and were great with pointing us in the right direction for everything. A nice little coffee shop and bar attached to the hotel which was very lively with good atmosphere. The smell in the hotel, room and bedding was utterly delightful.

Only thing missing in the room were bathrobes. This would have made the room perfect. If you’re staying over the weekend then take earplugs, you will need them especially if you like sleeping with a window open. The bars to the side and rear are busy, till late. Either join in or put them in!!
